We already had:
- Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf (and the Wolf is also Grandma)
- The Wizard of Oz, with Condesce as the wicked witch (“I’ll get you, my pretty! And your little dog, too!”)
- Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (Princess Nia)
- Doctor Who, the Time Lord referencing ultimate villain having Condesce orchestrate “Bad Wolf” (okay that one’s more tenuous ignore it)
- (Earlier) Final Fantasy, with Jake’s god-tier outfit looking like an Onion Knight
- (Earlier) Harry Potter, with Jack possessed by Cal as if by a Horcrux
And now it turns out all those other Dragon Ball Z references (“over 9000”, “hyper gravity chamber training”) were tied together with this reference, too. All in quick damn succession. Holy shit, even her hood makes the tail thing on his head!!
